For venue managers

Get inquiries from event organizers.

Add your venue to the EventPartner catalog and get inquiries from organizers: companies and private hosts. Each one carries the dates, guest count, category and budget.

A venue manager's dashboard, tab “Pending (4)”: four inquiries, each for a different event — category, format, guest count and dates.

How an inquiry reaches you

Not an anonymous “please send an offer” email. Every inquiry arrives with the event description the organizer wrote.

A table comparing the organizer's brief with the venue's own data: every requirement marked Match except one, marked Gap.

The organizer describes the event

Dates, guest count, city, event category and budget — in one brief.

The organizer picks venues

Your venue appears on that list when it matches the brief criteria: capacity, city and event category.

You reply in the thread

You see the inquiry with the event description and answer in your dashboard — no forwarded email chains.

What a venue profile gives you

This is what every conversation with an organizer runs on.

Inquiries that say what the event is
Every inquiry carries the dates, guest count, city, event category and budget. You know whether it fits before you reply.
The whole conversation in one place
Messages and agreed terms for a single inquiry stay in one thread instead of several inboxes.
A profile you run yourself
Edit the description, photos, capacities for each layout and amenities in your dashboard. We review changes before they go live.
Ownership we check ourselves
Our team checks every claim, so an organizer knows who they're writing to.

What happens after you submit a venue

  1. Submit the venue

Add a new profile, or take over a venue that is already in the catalog.

  2. We check the claim

We confirm the claim comes from someone who answers for that venue.

  3. The profile goes live

Organizers see it in the catalog. Later edits go live once we review them.

Add your venue to the catalog

Fill in the profile once. Inquiries arrive in one dashboard.
