How it works

Five steps, one brief.

From describing your event to picking a venue in Warsaw or Krakow — step by step.

  1. A few minutes

    Describe your event

Dates, guest count, city, event category and budget — in one brief. Written once, not once per venue.

The brief step “Details”: dates, 80 guests, Warsaw and a 9000–18000 PLN budget.
  2. After you save the brief

    Review suggested venues

We order the list by the criteria in your brief: guest count, city and event category. The rules are repeatable.

The brief criteria and six selected venues — three ticked, with an active “Send inquiries (3)” button.
  3. No account needed

    Check the venue profiles

Photos, room capacities by layout, amenities and location. The catalog and profiles are open without signing in.

Venue parameters and characteristics: amenities and room capacities in six layouts, from 90 to 270 people.

An account only when you send an inquiry

The catalog and the venue profiles are open to everyone.

Browse venues
  1. A few clicks

    Send your inquiries

You pick the venues and send an inquiry with the event description. Every conversation gets its own thread.

An inquiry thread: messages between the organizer and the venue manager, then an offer of 14,200 PLN with its price breakdown and available dates.
  2. Up to the venue managers

    Compare the replies and choose

Replies and offers sit in one list, and whatever you agreed on stays in the thread. Come back to it any time.

The organizer dashboard: five active briefs beside five inquiries — one with a proposal sent, one answered by the venue and three still unanswered.
